Art on ALUMINUM
The ideal medium for Digital Fine Art!

A Contemporary Approach:
As well as providing a contemporary look, one that mirrors my digital fine art, it is important for me to offer my patrons a truly lasting work of art. To accomplish that I use dye-sublimation-on-aluminum, Chromaluxe panels, that will preserve my artwork for generations to come. Instead of printing images directly on the surface, the image is infused into the Chromaluxe coating to provide permanent protection.
Depending on the artwork I either use a white-base panel or a brushed aluminum panel. The brushed aluminum option allows the natural finish of the aluminum to shine through images and provides unique depth and brilliance. The Chromaluxe panels are lightweight and made with recycled material.
Limited-Editions:
The number of prints produced from my original digital file is tightly controlled. Once the number of produced images, including all sizes, reaches twenty-five, the original digital image is destroyed.
To Frame or Not to Frame?
I sell my work with a hidden cradel and hanging claw attached in the back of the aluminum panel. They can be displayed as is without any frame at all...for an ultra-sleek, modern look. Since my works is often hung in an exhibition or gallery environment they are often shown with a museum "float frame" or shadow box. Those who buy my "no frame" pieces benifit from a lower price and can attache the "float frame' if and when they want.
